5 weekends to explore ourselves in each and every rhyhtm: movements, energies, spirit and essence, shadow and light, elements, relationships, emotions and daily life; the teaching and the medicine: ALL OF IT!NOTES
Time every day from 10.30am-5.30 pm
Costs (soup/bread lunch included):
€ 150 for 1 weekend
€ 275 for 2 weekends
€ 375 for 3 weekends
€ 450 for 4 weekends
€ 500 for 5 weekends
If you register & pay all for all 5, before September 20th 2018: € 450
(B&B possibilities at the venue & in the neighbourhood)
Teaching in Dutch, English, German, depending on participants’ skills

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
