DESCRIPTION

At the workshop “AMABILI OMBRE: Shadow Workshop & Ancestor Celebration,” we will be guided by the element of fire integrated with the 5Rhythms Shadow map:

FLOWING -> Inertia

STACCATO -> Rigidity

CHAOS -> Confusion

LYRICAL -> Inauthenticity

STILLNESS -> Isolation

The map invites us to explore—from a purely embodied and energetic perspective (free from judgment or interpretation)—those shadows (reactive mechanisms) that serve as our defenses: the very ways we learned to react and survive over time.

The workshop includes moments of group coaching and presence practice.

On the evening of October 31st, we will hold the well-known Medicine Dance Ceremony for Ancestral Peace.

The workshop is NON-residential, though self-organized sleeping options in the hall are available for a limited number of participants.
