5 days waves residential workshop - exploring lights and shadows plus a touching ancestors cerimony with fire and drums.

Does shadow work have to be dramatic? NO! It’s actually extremely liberating: what a satisfaction to shamelessly express the parts of us that we normally tend to hide! Not only that: it often turns out to be a very sexy and fun experience! Self-irony and sensuality are the keys to opening up to compassion and personal freedom.

Powerful work on the Lights and Shadows of the 5Rhythms, re-proposed in psychosomatic reading and with love and dedication to the mystery.

What are our Shadows? Our Inner Monsters?

They are the automatic and difficult to control reactions that our system puts in place to defend itself, feel loved, protect itself and which often cause us suffering, instead of doing us a good service.

Through the map of the 5Rhythms, the Voice and the Rituality we will explore the physical and energetic qualities of these mechanisms of ours so as to no longer be victims of them but rather put them at our service, in a path that will bring our Power to Light.

In the days when the veil between the world of the living and the dead becomes thinner we will dedicate ourselves to:

– open up to meet our little and big monsters so that they come out of the shadows to become doors of access to our qualities

– honor our ancestors so that what we have inherited is recognized and integrated rather than rejected.

WHERE WE WILL WORK:

FONTALLORSO A very particular location in the province of Florence, immersed in the woods but at the same time welcoming, comfortable and relaxing.

A splendid octagonal glass room in the woods and spaces outside to work with the elements and drums.
