5Rhythms Seasonal workshop with Neil Pinnock


As the year turns towards winter we approach the gateway and Celtic Festival of Samhain. For those of us in the northern hemisphere it is the heart of autumn and a time to take stock.
Reflecting back through the heydays of summer we gathering our personal harvest, giving thanks through dance and ritual. As we bring awareness to the great turning - the dance of the seasons, we also honour the highs and lows of our own lives, and like nature we prepare to let go. We will call upon joy, gratitude and generosity as we share together as a community at the wonderful woodland

retreat of Wildways. We will honour the dark and the light as we ride with the wheel of the year through autumn into winter.
