This Heartbeat® weekend workshop is the moment to dive deep into and explore the landscape of our heart through the map of the 5Rhythms.
Embodying your essential emotions Fear, Anger, Grief, Joy and Compassion through Dancing the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
The word EMOTION comes from the latin word ‘emovere’ which means ‘energy in motion’.
And that’s exactly what we will do. Exploring and dancing what moves us, thrives us and blocks us. We will dance alone and together in a wonderful group of fellow human beings.
