DESCRIPTION

If the body is our sanctuary, what does one do in a sanctuary? Can you do anything? Everything? Nothing? Can you go beyond?

When we dive into moving the body, we come to see that we are at our edge. Living at the boundary of the known and the unknown.

BODY|SANCTUARY is an exploration of embodied movement. A two day workshop where we lean into the body as a sacred container, a refuge of self expression and discovery.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
