The workshop will cover the ground roots of the 5 Rhythms. We will be dancing back to basics with a beginners mind for those who have been dancing a while & a beginners mind for those of us who are beginning the journey into the landscape of the 5 Rhythms.If you are interested drop me an email me or if you are unsure & need more info do get in touch, let your wise curious Self ask the curiosity question 🤔
