Good endings means taking responsibility for the whole journey, distilling wisdom from our experience so that we may begin the next wave or cycle (of transformation) clean and not carrying the past with us. Roth.In this day long workshop we will come together weaving our way through the Medicine of the Wave- Through the Ground and Fluidity of Flowing, the Focus & Direction of Staccato, the Release & Letting Go of Chaos, the Lightening up & Spaciousness of Lyrical, landing in the Being & Breath of Stillness. Revealing us to ourselves as each of these phases prepares & propels us for the next phase leaving us grounded & complete & ready for whatever Life has to offer us.
