DESCRIPTION

Fire: warmth, heat, spark, enthusiasm, passion, get-up-and-go, expansion and illumination. Purification through destruction.

In 5Rhythms the element of fire relates to the Staccato Rhythm.

Staccato clarifies and illuminates the inner world, bringing definition to the dance, the capacity to give shape to and express what is true, moment by moment, breath by breath.

Do you feel drawn to explore this Element and this Rhythm? Perhaps your get up and go “got up and left”? Or you’re seeking greater clarity about your next steps? Or maybe there is something in your world holding you back that you are ready to offer to purification of Fire?

Or you’re just up for a great dance on Beltane weekend!

All are welcome!

You may also just come for the “warmup” evening dance on Saturday night, or just for the day’s deep dive on Sunday. Ideally, you will come to both!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
