🚦Crossroads are a special part of the road. Who hasn't arrived there full of thoughts, doubts, hopes? These are those places and moments - in inner and outer space - where we turn our gaze inward, explore, seek direction, ask, listen, contemplate and through the wisdom of body and movement, find our own answer and move forward.
💃🕺 In the "Dance of the 5 Rhythms" practice, dance is a metaphor for our life experiences. Through the different rhythms, energies and ways of being, we are invited to experience everything that comes our way - in our dance and in our lives - the fluidity, the clarity, the trust in the unknown, the joy of the "bearable ease of being" and the inner peace .
🌎As the process unfolds in the here and now, we move, explore, and experience what is happening individually, with others, and with the whole.
🚥Regardless of where you are in your life journey, the practice is right for you if you are open to exploration and curious to tap into your own body and its unique wisdom.
🍃The smooth rhythm of the flow is our individual energy that develops organically in the moving body from the feet to the head.
🌊The staccato is a way to get closer by boldly and honestly declaring who we are here and now, where we are and where others are.
🌪Chaos as a rhythm helps us break through, push our boundaries and connects us to the powerful energy in our bowels, where we feel our center and free our busy mind.
🌞The lyrical rhythm makes the space and breath freed from Chaos come alive. In it we explore the lightness of our feet on the ground and expand our movement in the air.
🪶 Stillness is our pure presence with life, with the emptiness after all action. There is also our potential to move with what is truly present moment by moment, giving deeper and deeper selves to what is.
🩰These are the five rhythms – smooth, staccato, chaos, lyrical and calm – they call us to return to our own body, in our own way, in our exact moment.

Rhythms with Gabrielle Roth, its creator.
Gestalt therapy and the Dance of the 5️⃣ rhythms are two paths to the human essence that are very well understood.
The dance of the 5️⃣ rhythms with its different energies and modes of presence invites us
to experience our fluidity, our clarity, to relax into movement, to know and experience the lightness of existing.
Gestalt therapy gives us the opportunity to observe the process of what is happening at that moment without trying to explain it. Instead, we sense it, describe it, and discover how to adapt to it.
Thierry works with men's groups as part of the ManKind project. His unique way of teaching is the result of all these different aspects, which he integrates into his work with great enthusiasm, sharing his passion creatively, casually and with a sense of humor.
