DESCRIPTION
Many years ago I celebrated New Year at the 5 Rhythms workshop for the first time and it was an amazing experience for me. That was truly a special, memorable New Year and since then I never celebrated New Year in any other way. It was a celebration with intention and after the workshop I felt refreshed, rested and ready for new challenges. With the wish to celebrate in a similar way again and due to your encouragement (thank you for that!) I decided to offer you a celebration of the transition into the New Year and I invite you to join us on this journey.At the workshop we will remember the old and symbolically peel away the skin which we no longer fit into and we will invite the dreams of the New in our dance. With the help of the 5 Rhythms maps, arts, movement and music we will invite our dreams to get shaped and to fly into the spiral of the New Year.
Our journey will be accompanied by the sounds of drums, a gong and other instruments.
Previous experience of the 5 Rhythms practice is not neccessary to take part in this workshop.
