DESCRIPTION

As the year unfolds towards the end of 2025, our bodies often carry the weight of old stories, stress, and unexpressed emotion.

Chaos is the rhythm that invites us to shake loose what no longer serves, to empty out, and to surrender to the wild intelligence of movement.

In this 3hours workshop, we will dance to full wave, with special focus on the rhythm of Chaos- letting the body release, reset, and return to clarity.

Through Flowing , Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we will find renewal in our bones and spaciousness in our hearts, preparing ourselves to step into the year ahead with freshness, vitality, and trust.

No experience needed for this workshop just an openness to move and be moved.
