CLUTTER

Clutter can weigh us down: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually

It can become stuck, blocked, stagnant and heavy:

In our bodies, in our minds, in our hearts, in our souls

However, when clutter moves

It can create:

Possibility, potential, transformation and change

It can spark a fire of inspiration and ignite new creative landscapes

Clutter can be a teaching, and an ally,

it can illuminate the path to freedom

MOVE YOUR CLUTTER

In this workshop, you will investigate what clutters you up and holds you back.

Using the transformative dance practice of the 5Rhythms you’ll explore how to release the clutter to create space for innovation, insight, freedom and expression.

You will be given tools and strategies to take what you learn and apply it to your daily life.

This workshop is designed for adults of every age and physical ability.

Time: Friday 7:30 - 9:30pm / Saturday 1:30 - 6:30pm / Sunday 1:30 - 6:30pm

Location: Victoria Shambhala Meditation Centre / 2033 Belmont Ave, Victoria, BC

Tuition: $265 CAD until November 30. Pay in full $285 CAD after November 30

*Anne Marie is an accredited 5RTA teacher and all credits for this workshop will count toward future 5Rhythms® trainings.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: A registration refund minus a $40 administrative cost is available up to two weeks before the event. No monetary refunds available after that time; the workshop registration can be transferred to an alternate person. If the for unforeseen reasons the workshop is cancelled by the producer a full refund of registration fees will be issued; the producer will not be responsible for other participant costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.

WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
