DESCRIPTION
This weekendworkshop we dance with the 5Rhythms-Map all kind of connections, to ourselves, to others, to the group, the universe. We discover our own unique flavour of connection with other, our shadows, and our qualities. Both days we dance from 11 to 16 o clock and we have a potluck together for lunch. There is a possibility to sleep at the venue. Friday Evening we dance a 5RhythmsWave also.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
