La vida en sí, es un a gran ola de fuerza creativa, el cuerpo, nuestro instrumento tiene una inagotable fuerza para hacer de esa ola, expresión en mil y una formas. La danza y la práctica de los 5Ritmos, es uno de los modos de adentrarnos en nuestra presencia, nuestra esencia y allí abrirnos a la expresión de nuestra propia voz creativa. 

Esta propuesta de fin de semana en Barcelona, es para explorar el mapa de los Ritmos y el lenguaje creativo, cómo ir abriéndonos a nuestro canal creativo, a nuestra voz y a su danza. Un fin de semana para explorar a través de la danza cómo nuestra voz expresiva se va abriendo y con ella iremos explorando distintos materiales y soportes creativos. Siempre desde el cuerpo, siempre desde la respiración siempre desde nuestra presencia. 

De momento este taller será en INBODY STUDIO, pero con posibilidad de moverlo a otra sala si el grupo es grande. 

Gina Espinosa es profesora acreditada de 5Rhythms, bailarina y actriz. Combina su trabajo como facilitadora de 5Ritmos con la gestión y dirección de su escuela de Danza-Teatro INBODY STUDIO en Barcelona.

Life itself is a great wave of creative force, the body, our instrument, has unlimited ways to express that force. The dance and the practice of the 5Rhythms is one of the ways to enter into our presence, our essence, and to open ourselves to the expression of our own creative voice.

This weekend's workshop will be a dive into the map of the Rhythms and our creative language, how to open up to our creative channel, to our voice, and its unique dance. A weekend to explore through movement and different artistic material support to give full space to our own creative expression. Always from the body, always from the breath, always from our presence.

At the moment this workshop will be in INBODY STUDIO, but with the possibility of moving it to another space in Barcelona if the group is large.

Gina Espinosa is a certified 5Rhythms teacher, dancer, and actress. She combines her work as a facilitator of 5Rhythms with the management and direction of her Dance-Theater school INBODY STUDIO in Barcelona.
