Perhaps hidden treasure lies within each of us. Dance can invite what is ready beneath the surface. Softer, clearer from the belly. A flickering flame fanned into a warm blaze. Keeping a rhythmic beat you can trust. Giving expression to something alive that breathes, You! Empowering mysterious mythical creatures, dragons are across cultures and throughout time. Awkward, tender, fire-y, bold, passionate, timid, even sleepy dragon, all welcome as you are. Beginners and lovers of dance welcome. 5Rhythms is a simple yet profound map. No experience necessary, just a willingness to move.Francais~ Peut-etre il y a un tresor cache en chacun de nous. La danse peut inviter ce qui est pret sous la surface. Une douceur venue du plus profond de soi. Une flamme vacillante qui se renforce, rhythmee par une pulsation plus sure, avec confiance. Donnez voix a ce qui vit, respire, change. Vous! Creatures mythiques, mysterieuses et puissantes. Les Dragons traversent les cultures et les ages. Tendre, timide, fatigue, plein d'energie, empassioner, puissant, sensible, vous etes chaleureusement accueilli tel que vous etes. Bienvenue que ce soit votre premiere ou centieme fois. 5Rhythmes une carte simple et pourtant profonde. Aucune experience est requis seulement la volonte a bougee.
