we will dance a whole night through its vastness and depth into our own depths, diving between the dimensions of dream and waking for the beads of our own inspiration and get in touch with our dream!
In this ritual Gabrielle Roth´s 5Rhythms® are likewise guideposts, companions and maps for us.
Wave after Wave we will let them take us on a magical journey through the night, where we will honor our roots, stir our fires, shed limitations, fly through the night and land in our center again and again, so that we can weave ourselves into the magic of the present moment.

NOTES

Prerequisites: a few Waves - Level hours with an accredited 5Rhythms teacher as this format is close to a Sweat Your Prayers, no teaching, just guidance.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
