Fire is an endless inspiration to dance with.

Towards midsummer, when the fire of the sun is in full glory, we will invite this element in our dance, take it through Waves and Heartbeats of 5Rhythms and explore how it moves and feeds us.

It warms and relaxes our bodies in flow, it sparks, ignites and connects us in staccato, it burns and purifies us in chaos, it inspires and clears our way in lyrical and we rest in stillness around the fire or a candle, listening to its wisdom, whispering to the flames.

We will also dance with the fire of our hearts, associated with love, passion, anger and clear communication. How is your fiery heart? Is it filled with unspoken feelings, longings, frustrations? Do you spit fire without any focus? Or maybe you have a tendency to burn out? Come and dance, ground your fire in your earhty body, feed it with your breath so you can dance your life with passion.
