Join Abby Kenny and Sara Mains for a day of connection through 5Rhtyhms, cocao ceremony, stillness in nature, in a magical container and space to enter the dance to where we all began.We will dance through our lineage, between now and then, we will traverse through our blood and our bones, all the way into the heart beat of the earth, to the pulse of this original source we have all come from. We will dance with the forest and the birds and the bees. The water and the soil. With one another. We will dance free from these boxes of belonging and separation, shame, blame and guilt. We will find the steady pulse we've all been birthed from and will decay back into. In honor of our ancestors, may we join and dance between the worlds, going back to zero.
5Rhythms and Cacao ceremony will hold our bodies and hearts, Sara and Abby will guide, in this day of a simple and profound dance of remembering and returning.

We will finish the day together with a feast! Sharing foods that our ancestors enjoyed, celebrated with and were sustained with. Bringing it all to the table to share and connect.
If you would like to stay Saturday night at Forest Camp, there is just a $10 fee for camping or staying in the yurt. You can pay this on the day of the workshop.
