This is a special time of the year..
It are the rarest days of the year and from the 21st we'll move towards the light again. A time to reflect and to explore our feelings and depth of being.
In this Dark days of the year we'll dance a 5 day-journey in the landscape of the heart and especially in the duality of our human experience.
The dark days are a traditional moment to make a ritual and to celebrate. This workshop will be a ritual to make the transition.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
