DESCRIPTION
Deep Waves gives us an extended amount of time to dive deeper into the map of the teachings of the 5Rhythms. Each of the 5Rhythms offer a gateway to a more embodied state of being. They show us a path to freeing heart, and clearing the mind which allows us to relish in the beauty of our own soulfulness and gives us space to connect to the spirit that lives within in us and around us. We begin our session with a warm up, and then spend an extended amount of time diving into the teachings of the 5Rhythms. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
