DESCRIPTION
Deep Waves gives us the time to dive deeper into the teachings of the 5Rhythms. Each session will be created within a theme. We will begin our session with a warm up, and then spend an extended amount of time diving into the teachings of the 5Rhythms. A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
