DESCRIPTION
Dissolve Into Delight: In this 3-hour 5Rhythms gem of a workshop, we're exploring the transition from the rhythm of Chaos into the rhythm of Lyrical. In Chaos we practice the art of letting go, and water is our ally in this work. Water softens the hard edges of Staccato, enabling us to let go of old ideas, beliefs and habits. Lyrical invites us to open to the space that's created when we've let go, an invitation to let in fresh possibilities.We start at 1pm and finish at 4pm
Price £25/£20.
