In early January, you are invited to a deep dive into the 5Rhythms where we have 5 full days to listen to the wisdom of the body and our path forward. The 5Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, each rhythm is a way of being in the world. The dance floor becomes a movement laboratory where the whole you is given space for exploration and spiritual expression. What happens on the dance floor gives direction to what happens in life at large.
