KIerra is offering the 5Rhythms (R) as part of the PURE second annual conference. Pure Urban Ritual Experiment is an international community of dancers and musicians that use their art to create and support peace. This year's theme is ECHO - empowerment, community, healing and opportunity creation. This four day conference will explore the ways that movement empowers; creates community; supports healing; and provides opportunity.NOTES
There are 1-4 day packages available with prices ranging from $95 (early bird 1 day) to $425 (4 day early bird $325)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
