The body holds the memory of what is held back. It knows our defenses, our interrupted impulses, and our survival habits. But it also knows the path of movement.
In the 5Rhythms® map, each Rhythm has its own light, but also its own way of becoming frozen. Behind our repetitive patterns, our automatic reactions, our self-sabotage, or our fears, there is an energy that asks to be set in motion again rather than contained or corrected.
Through dance, by paying close attention to our triggers, we encounter our resistances without fighting them and restore movement where life has contracted. Little by little, as we stop hiding them, they stop governing us. They become pathways to a more spontaneous and freer presence.
Like kintsugi, the Japanese art that reveals cracks rather than hiding them, we will explore the art of healing our flaws—until we celebrate them.
It is often by embracing our shadows that our light shines brightest.
Aurélie creates spaces where movement becomes a path to presence, creativity, and transformation. Trained in various body-based and mindfulness practices, she now teaches the 5Rhythms® as a living art of connecting with oneself, others, and the world.

Price for Friday: (if spaces are available) €25
Non-refundable deposit of €60. Participation in Friday’s “La Vague” is optional, included in the workshop price, and non-deductible.
