Dancing, we find the soulful states of being known as ecstasy, where body, heart, and mind aligned as one...
The 5Rhythms is a movement practice offering maps to the vast landscapes of the dance and of life itself.
Whether you have recently discovered the 5Rhythms or have been dancing them for years, this immersion is an invitation to drop deeper into the dance and absorb the teaching of the Rhythms into your essence.
NOTES
There's an option to come immerse for 3 days or there's a 2-day option to join for just the weekend.

3 days = Fri + Sat & Sun
2 days = Sat & Sun
Times:
Fri 12-6; Sat 11-6; Sun 11-5
Cost:
