The most important conversation is the one with our soul.

This is an invitation to go in and within.

We have 86,400 seconds per day and about 100,000 heartbeats per day. How many of those do you abandon yourself for whomever or whatever and how many of those do you stand in your integrity, truth, desire and power?

This closed group is an invitation for us to step into the centre of what are our soul's upgrades? Whatever your current story or history.

5Rhythms(R) will be our sacred maps to take us and hold us on this visceral embodied enquiry. As we deepen this dance. This journey to the profound essence of our existence.

Please note 20 hours of WAVES practice with acreddited 5Rhythms(R) teacher is required to join.
