💫During that day we will be practicing how to stand tall behind our vulnerabilities, reclaiming the parts of us that stop us from showing up to ourselves, each other and the world. 💫

✨I spent so many years wondering what was wrong with me. And it is through the dance and years of personal exploration of my relationship to my body, I am reminded that I don't have to be anything other than myself, that I am enough. I passionately believe in the healing power of women coming together with collaboration rather than competition in mind. My intention is to bring women together to step into their power so we can heal ourselves and the world together, with grace, forgiveness, compassion and with fierce feminine power at these uncertain times we are living at.✨

NOTES

✨This workshop is an invitation to come home to your body. To find self-love and ease in your body. From this place, the powerful flow of our life awakens. Together we will dance, using the map of the 5Rhythms® to ground ourselves in our bodies and to connect with our wombs. We will use this knowledge to heal and experience a new feeling of power and possibility.✨

Refund Policy

Dates: 17th - 19th October 2025

Location: Brasov (Sânpetru), Casa Hridaya
Prices and schedule:
Only Friday evening (19:00-21:00): 20 EUR
Price for the entire workshop (without accommodation or food)
Friday evening, Saturday (10:00 - 17:00) and Sunday (10:00 - 13:00)
140 Euro for booking by July 31st 2025;
155 EUR for booking by September 15th 2025;
170 Euro afterwards.
Non-refundable advance for the workshop = 50 Euro/ 250 RON - to be paid at registration to secure the place and the (very) early bird price. Remaining amount to be paid 2 weeks before the workshop.
Workshop price discounts:
- for 2 people booking together = 10% discount from the workshop price (not including accommodation and food);
- for 3+ people booking together = 15% discount on the workshop price (not including accommodation and food);
Food: to be discussed; please write in your registration form that you are interested in local food options:
Accommodation price at the location: 110 RON/ night in a double bed room with own bathroom. 50 RON/ night with your own tent (access to the bathroom and eating room in the house facilities).
The workshop will be guided in English.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
