DESCRIPTION

Using the 5Rhythms dance and movement practice, we will connect to and honour the experiences of 2018 and make space for and welcome new beginnings for 2019. We will explore how we move through the various cycles of our lives and cultivate the ability to let go and dance with wisdom and grace into new experiences. This workshop gives us the opportunity to take time out of the busy season and connect with ourselves and others in a journey of awareness, nourishment and celebration. No previous experience necessary.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
