Endless Waves inviterer til energetisk at opleve, hvordan spirit kan åbenbare og manifestere sig gennem den levende krop, at ekstase og stilhed ikke er modsætninger og at hver en bølge til sidst forenes med det store hav af ren væren.
Hvordan og på hvilken måde er 5Rhythms mere end dans?
Hvad betyder det, at det kaldes spirituel praksis?
Få stopper op og spørger, hvad denne praksis egentlig er — hvor den kommer fra, hvad er den dybere mening, og hvad er det spirituelle der vækkes, når vi giver os hen til dansen.
Denne workshop er en chance for at dykke ned under overfladen og udforske.
Den levede, kropslige oplevelse af bevægelse som meditation, The wave.
Gabrielle Roths integration af oprindelige folks visdom, kroppens rolle i spiritualitet og mysteriet i stilhedens fylde.
Mysteriet og hvordan den levende krop kan være en portal til spirit, og hvordan mennesket gennem ekstatisk bevægelse kan skimte det stille punkt i et stille centrum - det uforanderlige, det universelle, altets kilde.
Ingen tidligere erfaring med 5Rytmer er nødvendig, men anbefalet – kun en villighed til at bevæge det, der er, lytte til det, der er, og blive bevæget af det, der er.

A one-day 5Rhythms® Workshop
Endless Waves invites us to energetically experience that spirit can reveal and manifest itself through the living body, that ecstasy and stillness are not opposites but a mirror, and that each wave eventually dissolves into the vast ocean of being.
How and in what way is 5Rhythms more than dance?
What does it mean to call it a spiritual practice?
Few stop to ask what this practice really is — where it comes from, what is its deeper meaning, and what is the spirituality that is awakened when we give ourselves to it.
This workshop is a chance to dive below the surface and explore the layers of:
The wave and the lived, energetic bodily experience of movement as meditation.
Gabrielle Roth’s integration of indigenous wisdom, the role of the body in spirituality, and the mystery of the empty fullness.
Cosmology and Mystery - How the living body can be a portal to spirit, and how through ecstatic movement, humans can glimpse the still point in the center — the unchanging, the universal, the source of all.
No previous experience with 5Rhythms is necessary, but recommended – only a willingness to move what is, listen to what is, and be moved by what is.
