A deep dive into the magical landscapes of trance. We dance to dissolve the separation between body, heart and mind. Arriving in the exquisitely beautiful landscapes of the soul. We transcend dancing and allow ourselves to be danced; shapeshifting into something new with every movement and every breath. It is the place the shaman finds knowledge for healing. We'll be moving in a lovely village hall that has been well-seasoned with sweat and ecstasy over the years. There is the option to sleep in the hall in return for a donation, there are also plenty of affordable B&Bs and a camping field nearby. Advance rail fares are very affordable and we have a crew system for pick ups and drop offs from the station.

This advanced workshop is suitable for those with some experience of 5 Rhythms. Hosted by Chris Boylan, an accredited teacher whose workshops have a reputation for combining fun with depth. Numbers are limited so book early.
