This is an introduction of the 5 rhythms - flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Short presentations, self-awareness, individual exercises and partner exercises are possibilities to get an idea, what this dance practice is about.
This short workshop is suitable for newcomers as well as for well practiced dancers, who want to discover new perspectives of the rhythms.
Please bring a waterbotttle and comfortable clothes in layers with you. We dance barefeet.
