When do the cages built around the heart by our wounds open up and become spaces for understanding instead of weapons of defense?When does vulnerability become a space to meet, an ally of our heart and no longer a part of us to hide?
In this residential retreat, we will explore the possibility of living, existing and loving as we are. We will do it through bodily experiences of 5Rhythms and body therapy.
And we will ask our body to answer these and all those questions that will emerge from the heart when we fall in love with ourselves and with others.

Reception, registration and check in: 12 January from 14.00
First session: 12 August at 16.00
Retreat deadline: 16 August at 2.00 pm, after lunch.
The internal timetable of the sessions will be communicated to the participants.
It is not possible to participate only in part of the retreat.

A unique retreat centre, immersed in the Monte Subasio Natural Park, just 12 km from the center of Assisi. It is a natural place to regenerate, surrounded by greenery, without televisions and distractions. There is a swimming pool to enjoy your free time, the cuisine is treated in detail, uses products at zero km, natural and coming from the estate.
The rooms are spacious and all have a view of the garden or the valley.
❤️ INVESTMENT:
COST OF ACCOMMODATION FOR 4 NIGHTS WITH BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER AND TOURIST TAXES FOR 4 NIGHTS.
Single room: 577 euros
Double room: 473 euros
Triple room: 389 euros
❤️ SEMINAR COST:
380 euros
The deposit to confirm the registration is 200 euros. 100 for accommodation and 100 for the seminar. Methods of payment will be sent to subscribers. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned but may be transferred to a participant who has not yet registered.
Since the conductors are different, it will not be possible to provide a single invoice, but always two for each participant. If you want an invoice, you can indicate it by mail the week before the event so that on arrival they are already prepared with your data.
The share relating to Rocco being deductible as a medical expense has a different taxation.
Places are limited. We recommend registering by June 1st.

Depending on the participants, the seminar will be in Italian or Italian/English.
❤️ HOW TO REACH THE SPACE
10 km from the center of Assisi.
By car: from Piazzale Matteotti continue towards "Porta Perlici", one of the gates of Assisi, then proceed on the state road 444 in the direction of Gualdo Tadino for about 6 km. At km 26 of the state road to be traveled (see indicator on the left side of the road that indicates every km of the state road) turn right and carefully follow the punctual signs “Az. Agr. Le Case ”/Santuario Madonna dei Tre Fossi/ Località Bandita Cileni (blue sign).
We are 1 km above the “Madonna dei 3 Fossi” sanctuary.
From S.Francesco d'Assisi airport in Perugia: 30 minutes by taxi
From the Assisi train station: 25 minutes by taxi at a cost of 35 euros for 7 people.
❤️ WHAT TO BRING
Curiosity, comfortable and layered clothing, swimsuit, bath towel, comfortable shoes for any walks, water bottle, notebook and pen to fix your thoughts and intuitions, ear plugs if you suffer from crickets.
Yes, we dance barefoot, but you can use ballet slippers or non-slip socks.
