Movement can be approached from many perspectives, and this weekend is designed to open a deeper understanding of movement as a transformative and creative resource that we can bring into our lives.

The alliance between intention and the knowledge of pathways of expression through the body anchors a creative force that shapes our states of presence and our ability to make visible what truly matters to us.

These two days offer an opportunity to practice these pathways of gesture, both inwardly and in expressing to the world what lives within us, cultivating authenticity and sovereignty in our lived experience.
