Approfondiremo le pratiche del tantra, dello yoga, della danza dei 5Ritmi, usando come strumenti anche la videografia e la fotografia emozionale e altro ancora.

Non è richiesta alcuna esperienza precedente.

Questo seminario sarà condotto in Inglese e in Italiano.

Conterà come 24 ore di livello Waves dei 5Ritmi.

This workshop will be lead by MariaSole Ingravallo in collaboration with Giulia Romeri, Samantha Di Guardo and Veronica Baleani.

We will be delving into Tantra practices, Yoga, 5Rhythms dance, Emotional Videography & Photography and more.

No previous experience required.

This workshop will be lead in English and Italian.

It will count as 24 hours Waves Level for 5Rhythms.
