The dance helps us to become fluid with all the different emotions.
We will work with the heartbeat-map of the 5Rhythms: fear, anger, sadness, joy, compassion. In Heartbeat, we explore our emotions in motion, as energy, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with our feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away. Living in the center of our heart we may to begin to experience and express our emotions with fluidity, clarity, creativity and grace.
