We are living in very challenging times, and as Gabrielle Roth used to say, “the only way out is through.” This weekend is an invitation to come back to our bodies, back to our senses, back to our most intuitive selves — so we can reclaim our voice, our instrument, and our creative power to express, connect, and be.Come and join us for a weekend of dance and reconnection — to the practice, to the map, and to our dancing bodies.
No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and open heart.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
