DESCRIPTION

I am excited to launch this new serie of 5 Sundays, each one deepening a rhythm. You can join all, or come to selected ones.

Let us gather for whole days to explore our moving bodies.

This first sunday we will have an extra focus on the first rhythm: Flowing. We will connect to our bodies and freeing them to surrender to the movement and all the movement possiblities! There will be time to ground with gravity, to sense and breathe, and to follow our grounded body moving in space, exploring fluidity and receptivity.

SCHEDULE

🌊 10:30 warm up wave

🪷 11:30 flow, feet and ground

🥗 13:30 lunch

🌊 15:00 surrendering to the wave

✨ 16:30 closing circle

INVESTMENT

850 sek per serie / 700 sek for you that are student, senior or have a low income.

3750 sek / 3000 sek for the whole serie ( you get a discount of 500 sek )
