Die Zeit des Vollmondes hat eine ganz besondere energetische Wirkung auf unser System. Dieser Moment ist besonders wirkungsvoll, wenn wir dabei in Meditation eintauchen und uns ganz der inneren Stille hingeben, der Quelle allen Seins. Wir tanzen uns die Fülle unseres Seins bewusst werden lassen. Ganz wachsam werden wir in die 5 Rhythmen - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness - eintauchen, um mit der Quelle in uns, in unserem Herzen im Kontakt zu sein.NOTES
