An opportunity to dive deeper into the 5Rhythms practice.Whether you are just beginning or have been dancing for decades, a fundamentals workshop offers an invaluable opportunity to unravel and uncover movement patterns in your daily living.
Supported and guided by Michelle Lampis, 5R certified teacher and dance and somatic movement therapist (MA).
