"Wir tanzen, um das Gold in uns zu entdecken.”Im Tanz geht es nicht darum, etwas zu verändern. Um mein Gold, mein Leuchten, sichtbar zu machen, hilft es, wenn ich mich achtsamer und freier bewege.
Wenn ich meine ‘Essenz’ als wertvoll ansehe, kann ich den ‘Schonwaschgang’, eine Welle, wählen. Durch Bewegung können die Schleier „weggewaschen“ werden, um das Gold zu enthüllen, das bereits in uns allen vorhanden ist.
Einen ganzen Tag lang widmen wir uns dieser Art der Bewegung. Wir folgen den 5Rhythmen - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness - Welle für Welle. Wir tanzen, um das Gold in uns zu entdecken.

"We dance to dis-cover the Gold in ourselves"
The dance is not for changing anything about myself. To make my Gold, my 'Shine', obvious - it helps for me to move with care and freedom.
When I see my 'Essence' as something Precious, I can choose the 'Gentle-Wash', the Wave. Through movement the 'veil' can be be 'washed away', to reveal the Gold which is ever present in us all.
A whole day dedicated to this way of moving. We will follow the 5Rhtyhms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness - Wave upon Wave. We dance to dis-cover the Gold in ourselves.

Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Wir tanzen barfuss oder in Tanzschuhen und in bequemen Kleidern

No previous experience is necessary. We dance barefoot or in dance-shoes and in comfortable clothing.
