DESCRIPTION
‘Grit and Grace’ - we all have places in the dance where we feel stuck, where it’s gritty and grisly and we wonder why on earth we keep showing up for this dance! And we also all have places in the dance where we feel ourselves 'taken', gracefully transported into ecstastic movement, a place of effortless freedom. In this workshop we’ll honour both of these places, inviting in the possibility that both have their beauty, while acknowledging that both the grit and grace have a ‘siren’s call’ that can spiral us into habitual patterns of movement. Please bring your curiosity and a sense of humour!Price: £30 per workshop (£25 concession)
