 A day to feel and move with the body through the 5Rhythm Heartbeat map.Emotions want to be in motion.Â
As Gabrielle Roth said -Â Â 'Feelings are elemental forces in our life energy. They need to flow freely for us to be truly present.'
When the emotional body is stuck, frozen or we are closed down to feeling, then we are unable to experience the fullness of the landscape of the heart.ÂThis day of dance will both cleanse, empower and connect you through the body to the Heart of the Matter. To coming home and coming close to yourself more fully.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
