DESCRIPTION

An open evening followed by a day of dancing discovery. What happens when I open up to the direct experience of my body in motion? When I drop the mind chatter and move with what is true and real moment by moment? The 5Rhythms map will guide each of us in a unique journey of discovery and realisation into who we are, beyond thought, opinions and concepts.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
