Join us this Sunday as we dive in the Waves of our internal and external landscape. Guest teacher Daniela Peltekova brings her world favor of 5Rhythms© to San Diego. Daniela recently joined the Southern California community and teaches in Los Angeles.

Exchange: $20/15 for seniors, students and couples; $10 for international exchange with residents of Mexico
