DESCRIPTION

The beginning of a new year is a good time to pause, to look back at what was, and to set out intentions, hopes, and dreams for 2027.

We will use the 5Rhythms movement practice to:

Let go of the old year,

Appreciate what is valuable in our lives in the present.

Create dreams of intention for the year ahead.

We will make collages and write to awaken our creative impulses.
