DESCRIPTION
How are you by yourself, with another or in a group? How are you with starting, being here or ending? In ‘Into the Open’ we will dance and move into these topics using the Map of 5Rhythms®: Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical and Stillness. We will dance Into, and we will dance Through the comfortable and sometimes uncomfortable, to practice being In the Open with these connections. Using only what the body can do, we will move into listening to this body on its own terms.NOTES
This is a ‘Waves’ level workshop. Suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.There are no prerequisites for this workshop except curiosity. Everyone is welcome exactly as you are. Any age. Any shape. Any size. Any level of dance-ability.
Time: 10:00 – 17:00 (incl. lunch break)
Cost: CHF 130
The workshop will be led in English with translation to German.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
