DESCRIPTION

What we are without all the balls we tell each other.

What we are without all our masks.

What we are without what we have inherited.

What we are when we are happy or pissed off.

What we are when we are naked.

We will do two sessions, one of 5Rhythms and one of Soul Motion exploring who we are, and Breathing the waves of the sea.

5 Rhythms and Soul Motion are sister conscious movement practices.

COST:

50 euros with registration by March 30th.

60 euros with enrollment after March 30th.

Non-refundable deposit: 20 euros.

HOURS:

From 12.00 to 19.00

WHAT TO BRING:

Comfortable, layered clothing. If it's sunny we'll dance on the terrace (non-slip socks, sneakers, or bare feet), if it's raining we'll dance in the hall looking at the sea.

Swimsuit and sunscreen and hat and sunglasses.

Packed lunch (or you can buy something quick outside the College).

WHERE TO SLEEP

You can sleep anywhere, in Nervi or in Genoa.
