LET THE SUNSHINE IN – 5-DAYS WORKSHOP, HEARTBEAT LEVEL

How can you listen to it?

What will bring joy back into your life?

In this 5-day workshop we will follow circular maps of 5Rhythms practice, level of working with emotions: fear (Flowing), anger (Staccato), sadness (Chaos), joy (Lyrical), compassion (Stillness).

Many years of experiences in discovering emotions and their healing and beneficial effects have brought me to the point where I am ready to hold the space and support you on your journey of discovering an emotional map. Only when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable can we call more life into our daily lives. More joy. More creative moments. More ecstasy. One is not without the other. When we allow ourselves to replace fear with courage and embody it, the first step has already been taken. Our inner dancer, waiting for permission to shine in his power and spread the wings of inspiration, is hiding in each of us. Layer after layer, we will uncover emotional veils, raise awareness and give them space and time to express themselves and shine in the divine spark of inspiration that we ourselves are. Welcome.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Starts on Wednesday, 2nd of August at 19.30 2023. Finishes on Sunday, 6th of August at 16.30. You will receive a detailed schedule upon registration.

Izola is located 1 hour 10 minutes drive from Ljubljana, 2 hours 15 minutes from Maribor, 2 hours 10 minutes from Klagenfurt, 3 hours from Graz and 4 hours 30 minutes from Vienna.

PRICE OF ACCOMMODATION IN CAMP: 15€ per day.

We reserved a beautifull place just for our group. It is located above Izola, just 10 minutes drive from our dancing hall. There is enought place to set your tent in the shadow of trees and to park the cars. On location there is smaller house with 10 basic beds, few showers and kitchen. There is place for gathering in the evenings, where we can hang out and enjoy the view on Izola from above. All of you, who will find yourself a private accommodation, are warmly welcome to join us on site in the evening by the fire.

Everything was supported and arranged: living in a beautiful nature with everything you absolutely need (shower, toilet, kitchen, table), the hall and its arrangement with all artistic, symbolic, energy installations, the possibility of a wonderful lunch in good company in the immediate vicinity, an energy-supported space and the workshop itself, which really gave me wings. I'm more confident than ever. But what fascinates me the most is that during the dance, which is not exactly calm, all my pains, for example in my shoulder, hip and ankle, disappear. The energy that arises in me during the dance gives me so much strength and supports me so much that now I know that it exists and that I can use it in my everyday life. MARTINA MOTL: I have 17 years of experience in teaching art, doing theatre work and practicing intuitive singing. For ten years I have been leading regular weekly 5Rhythms dance classes, the Waves level. I lead workshops in Slovenia and abroad. I teach with passion and combine knowledge with inspiration. This year i became certified teacher for the Heartbeat level and I remain a committed student of the 5Rhythms practice. I am an accredited active member of international organisation 5Rhythms Global (www.5rhythms.com).

Prerequisite for participation in the workshop is 15 hours of guided meetings (Waves level), with a certified 5Rhythms teacher.

For those on a path to become a 5Rhythms teacher, this workshop counts 5 days, Heartbeat level.

LANGUAGE: the workshop will be led in English/Slovenian.
